Ken is a strategic Growth and Product leader who partners with executives to drive business transformation and sustainable growth. He brings a rare blend of analytical rigor, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial mindset to help companies optimize their entire customer journey - from acquisition through expansion. As a trusted advisor, he works across organizational levels to define and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable improvements in customer acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention.
Annie is a seasoned marketing leader and strategic advisor with 20+ years of experience, specializing in guiding B2C brands through periods of transformative growth. As a fractional CMO and consultant, she brings deep expertise across product marketing, growth, brand, and content to early-stage companies navigating hyper-growth challenges. Drawing from her rich experience at industry giants like Twitch, Amazon, Pinterest, and Microsoft, Annie combines pragmatic creativity with organizational design expertise to help founders build and scale their marketing operations.
Adam is a customer-focused and data-driven Product and Growth leader across both B2C and B2B. He has a 20-year track record of driving major revenue improvements through strategic planning, customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and productized growth for companies including Patreon, Lyft, Imperfect Foods, WyzAnt, Shutterfly, Kodak, Expedia, Hotwire, and more.
Dan is a Design & Product Director with over 15 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams to craft innovative and delightful digital products, platforms, and brand experiences. He has led and worked with some of the most inspiring and diverse teams of people on projects for brands such as Tesla, Nest, Square, Apple, and Airbnb.
Praveen is an engineering leader with more than a decade of experience building world-class products used by billions.
In his previous role, as the tech site lead for Uber Amsterdam he reported directly to Uber’s CTO. There he led a team of ~ 250 employees and was responsible for the culture and site operations broadly (Programs, HR, Comp planning efforts).
Currently, Praveen is a VP of engineering at project44, a startup reimagining how the supply chain works, where he leads the core tracking team.
Krzysztof is a Principal Swift Engineer. Previously he led iOS development at The New York Times, worked on Headspace, and built multiple award-winning apps like Foldify.
He spent the last decade building better developer tooling/experience and making teams more efficient, and his projects power up over 70,000+ apps, including Airbnb, Bumble, and Peleton.
